PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He was Head of Deloitte Chile Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and International Tax practices between 2016 and 2020.
He worked as lawyer in the Chilean Internal Revenue Service Large Taxpayers Department between 2015 and 2016, as senior attorney at KPMG Chile between 2014 and 2015, and as associate at Araya y Cía. between 2012 and 2014.
He teaches the courses Tax Law I and Tax Law II at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Law School.
