Our firm has once again been recognized by the Chambers and Partners ranking as one of the best tax firms in the country. At Allende & Cía, we focus on the design of investment structures both in Chile and abroad, and on providing ongoing legal and tax assistance to domestic and foreign investors.
We also highlight our partner Francisco Javier Allende, who rose to Band 3, and Mauricio Carloza, who entered the ranking in the Up and Coming band.
Our firm, Allende & Cía., has been recognized in Band 1 in the High Net Worth Guide 2025 by Chambers and Partners, which highlights the country’s leading firms in high-net-worth management (wealth transfers, successions, tax and charitable planning, donations, and the creation and administration of trusts). This is a discipline that, in the legal field, has grown systematically in recent years. Precisely, the complexity of laws, new regulations, increased tax oversight, along with the dynamic and sometimes uncertain local and global environment, have driven the development of wealth management in certain legal firms, particularly those with extensive tax knowledge and a global perspective on tax law.
As Chile and the Netherlands celebrate 200 years of trade relations, Allende & Cía joins the Chilean-Dutch Chamber of Commerce as a partner.
Holland House Chile is the nerve center of economic and cultural relations between Chile and the Netherlands. Its mission is to connect business opportunities between the two economies and is based on a team and board of directors dedicated to achieving these goals. Each member brings extensive experience and a shared vision of prosperity, innovation, and cultural exchange, and as Allende & Cía. we are proud to be part of this great organization.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Francisco J. Allende P. de A. as a new partner of our firm. He will be in charge of the Construction Law and Project Development (Financing) areas.
Francisco has extensive experience in the field, having worked for more than seven years in the legal department of the Dutch multinational Boskalis – Dredging and Infrastructure Division, from its headquarters in the Netherlands.
Francisco is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2012), where he obtained his law degree with highest distinction. He also holds an LL.M. in International and European Taxation from Maastricht University, Netherlands (2018).
In March 2025, two new associates joined our firm: Manuel José Reed and Álvaro Cox. Manuel José comes from a prestigious local law firm, while Álvaro has recently completed his university studies. Both are joining our Wealth Management and Tax practices to assist our clients with their needs in Chile and abroad.
