Allende Bascuñán adds two new partners · August 2022

They are Michael Camus and Mauricio Carloza, who head, respectively, the Judicial and Tax Law Departments of the firm. Michael Camus has been an associate of the firm since 2010 and will now be in charge of civil, tax and arbitration trials, in addition to non-contentious legal proceedings, such as donations and effective possessions. Michael is a lawyer from the Universidad de Chile and a master’s degree in Tax Administration and Management from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. Mauricio is a lawyer from the Universidad Católica, -where he is a professor of Tax Law- Master in Law (LL.M) from the Queen Mary University of London and a diploma in Tax Management and Planning from the Universidad de Chile.
